ReplyDeleteThis Techofes along with its fun had also served its great purpose to help poor and needy ones. Those book stalls, charity run stalls like Siruthulligal. The stalls which had displayed its things from rupees 10 till 1000 approximately. I felt proud in shelling out my savings on a paper made earring from Eco Spaak. I wish the organizers to bring in lot of stalls like these in next Techofes.
Hi…I am here to write about My First Techofes in Ceg.Well! The Four days gave me as much as fun it can. I enjoyed with my friends a lot. The First Day starts with the Inauguration by Jeyam Ravi. The Very Next day was Techofes Awards. Actor Vijay’s presence entertained the Audience.G.V.Prakash and Sainthavi made their presence and they together sung a song.Atharva and Vedhika got awards for their excellence acting in Bala’s Paradesi.Many Celebrities came and they too entertained us. Third Day was DJ Night.Myself and my Friends enjoyed much.MohanaLakshmi and I participated in Newspaper Dressing. We made a good try. Fourth Day was Choreo Night, every team from the different Colleges made their Performance and Entertained the People.CEG Professionals performance excelled as always and made the audience happy with their Perfomance.I ate lots of Foodstuffs from the Stall.That too was good. I bought things from the Eco Spaak(the shop which make their profit for Charity).Myself too Contributed in that by buying Pen and a Gift Pack.Overall,This Techofes was full of Fun for me.
ReplyDeleteTECHOFES : Eventhough it was a four day cultural event .. according to me only 13 14 15 was fun.The cultural fest started with inauguration by Jeyam Ravi followed by performance of super singer stars.I did not find it to be entertaining or fun.With so much of expectation I was looking forward for 13th night and it did not prove me wrong.Well I did not participate in any competition other than creative writing because I just wanted to enjoy the stage events , dance shows and singing competitions.As I mentioned before 13th night was unbelievable because of the presence of big stars like Dr.vijay, Atlee,G.v Prakash , Saindhavi ,Atharva Vedhika and many more.The worst part of Techofes was that we had to attend classes for the first two hours of the day.Few of my friends participated in Solo singing and gave a good shot.Me and my friends thought of taking part in few competitions but as we did not plan properly it was all in vain.But nevermind.The last two days was a complete entertainment package.We had so many colleges participating in dance , variety show,fashion show and many more.DJ night was the most memorable one. Adding to this I met many of my school friends on the third day as it was a saturday all my friends who are doing their engineering visited the campus and we all had a good long chat.Fourth day was the Choreo Night It wasnt that good.I did not like it personally.Dance teams from different colleges and few professional teams exhibited their talents.It was a little boring.The most amazing part was Mr & Mrs Techofes which was hosted by one of my favourite RJ SHAH.So on the whole as the tag line says LIVE THE MOMENTS , its worth to be lived.
ReplyDeleteas a first year student in CEG, i have been waiting for this year's techofes for quite some time and it finally arrived a day before valentines day.classes were suspended, the entire college was bustling with activity,i suddenly happened to realise there were so many students in anna university.it was a tough time wading through the crowd, but nevertheless super fun. i participated just in creative writing , nothing else. the icing on the top was truly the events at night. the choreo nites, techofes awards and live concerts. unfortunately i didnt see actor vijay on stage that day. but i really had a awesome time with all my friends, and a few surprise visits from school friends too. all the fun ended and it was time to bid farewell to techofes. with a very heavy heart i say goodbye..please come back soon !!!! :)

It was a very good experience for us. It had many events,workshops. Actor Jayam Ravi inagurated first day and launched Techofes 2014 teaser. Followed by performances of few super singer fame celebrities. Followed by Vijay's Jilla was screened.
Second day asusual all the events started at 10. There was a great response from other college participants. Prelims of all the events started. We participated in gully cricket and unfortunately we lost in quarter finals. Then in evening Techofes Award function was held. Vijay was selected by students as favourite actor and Vedhika in actress. Many celebrities were present on award function.
Third day had live in concert by SPB Charan, Renina Reddy, Aalap Raju and their team. Anirudh presence made the third day awesome.
Final day had choreo night, Mr & Ms Techofes and Dj night. Dj night was awesome and I have never seen a huge number of audience dancing.
It was amazing.
I enjoyed all the evenings of Techofes than day. It was really great to see all celebrities and I feel proud and lucky to be a CEG student.

DeleteTechofes......four day cultural event in CEG.I was waiting long for this cultural and one more interesting thing is Techofes award.I was eager who is going to be the favorite actor.First day went little bore because of inauguration.Second day is Techofes Award Illayathalapathy Dr.Vijay came we rushed to see Vijay .Finally i saw Vijay near by,a mass looking hero with powerful eyes.And i saw many celebrities in techofes.Variety show came with lots of fun it was just mind blowing.I enjoyed a lot with my friends in live concert.We shouted when Anirudh came he dedicated VIP theme song to CEG.Many singers came and gave entertainment performance.And its time to quit "Techofes" last day is choreo night with amazing dance such as hip-hop,classical,folk..etc.And iam waiting for next mass Techofes....
ReplyDeletehi..I am here to write about my Techofes experience.It was a four day cultural program.Actor Jeyam Ravi came in the first day to inagurate the function. jilla movie was screened after the super performance by super singers.Second day entertained me so much.I saw Actor Vijay very close.Many celebrities were on the stage.Third day was awesome due to presence of Anirudh.The ground is over crowded on that day.Fourth day my schoolmates arrived to take part in Techofes.I enjoyed that day with them.Dance performance by various colleges was mind blogging.It was my first experience of taking part in college culturals.On the whole I enjoyed Techofes to the most.

It was just awesome from day one till the end..... the inauguration started with a bang but ended with disappointment because girls where asked to leave the movie jilla in the middle .the second day was a little boring till actor vijay turned up after he left it became boring again so many left......the third day was the concert which i didnt attend but i felt bad because my friends were saying it was the best of all four days......... but i did experience the same feeling the last as they did the dj music again well the next techofes i am going to stay all four days and will enjoy to my fullest
techofes the biggest event of ceg coincided with my sisters marriage.so i was allowed to have fun only to certain limit . i had food from stall in the morning with my friends and lunch and dinner with my family and relatives.more than missing techofes i felt bad because my sister will be going away.I was happy because i was able to have in the morning with my friends and the rest fun with my family members.I am sure for the next techofes i will have all the fun i missed out this time. cant wait for next techofes to come

ReplyDeleteThe Biggest Cultural event in south india.I have been waiting for this event for past 6 months after AGNI. The four days event was inagurated by actor Jayam Ravi. Jilla movie was screened next. All the events were started in the second day . I have participated in Tamil Debate.Techofes Award function was held on that day . And we guys stayed in hostel. That was a amazing night. Next day eve we have musical concert but i went home .On the fourth day we had choreo night, Mr & Ms Techofes and Dj night .
I have enjoyed Lot all the four days ....
Techofes - the four day fun.As this was my first techofes I was excited and was eagerly waiting for it to begin, not only for its events but also for the best part,suspension of classes. Techofes gave a different and a memorable experience. I enjoyed all the events but my favourites were variety show and pick up drop escape.Being a participant is always better than cheering them, so I participated in creative writing.The entire event we were roaming, cheering and ultimately having fun. CEG was crowded as if there was a festival going on. I unfortunately missed all the nights ( inauguration, choreonight , live concert). Had a great time and am eagerly looking forward for the next techofes.

ReplyDeleteEven before I started my academics at CEG, I've came through this word "Techofes" for atleast 100 times as many people I know have participated in it. And after the Agni'13 experience my expectations went sky-high. But it was a complete disappointment for me as it was so visible that this year's Techofes lacked planning and preparation. The schedule got changed continuously until the day before inauguration, the events were held in some haste and the venues and timings of some events were changed. And most of the events lacked technical support like the speakers were not good during the solo dance event and I witnessed pure politics in the selection of prizes as people who have influence and belong to a renowned dance school only got prizes and people who are really talented are not even appreciated. And I felt it real bad when my friends stated that this same thing happened in most of the competitions. That's really bad to hear and anyhow someone was really benefited because of this so lets not curse any. There's nothing more to tell as I didn't stayed to see events after 6 as I had some personal work. But as far as I heard the night events were the gem on the crown, so that must've been the most greatest thing of this year's Techofes. And on the whole I learnt more about how power works and how talented people are not honoured during this Techofes. I just want the next Techofes to be a real stage where "talents" are the only thing which speaks loud not the popularity or influence.

This is the first time I have been part of such a very big college cultural fest.Those four days, I really had a very memorable time with my friends. Although we didnt take part in any workshops, I enjoyed watching the events off-stage. I stayed with my classmates in hostel after the events and it was fun. My only disappointment was that girls were'nt allowed to stay after 10:30. But still i enjoyed a lot.The best event was DJ night, in which for the first time I went crazy by overcoming my inhibitions to join the crowd. Overall this was one of the cheerful moments of my life.
Hai friends..... In our life most of the days just pass on as a normal day, but only a few days stay special for us. Just like that, In my college life also, if there would be any special day for me, I should say those four days. Yes, those rocking four days in Techofes. There was lot of enjoyment, fun, interesting events, exciting workshops, wonderful stalls all together in one, that is Techofes. The first day of Techofes 2014 was inaugurated by actor Jeyam Ravi, and Airtel Super Singers also accompanied the show and gave their best performance. The inauguration itself was a good start for the Techofes. Second day Techofes award function was a memorable day in Techofes because of the mass hero Vijay, his presence rocked the stage. Award were received by the celebrities from various part of cinema industry according to their talents. The third day, live concert was given by the singers and all-time favorite singer Anirudh. This live concert made the people to dance even though they don't know the dance. Although the final day of Techofes choreo night started little boring, DJ night lifts up the minds of people to the peaks of joy. It was a splendid experience. Even-though i didn't participate in any of the events i encouraged my friends to the most as i can. Being a hostler, girls were not allowed to enjoy the Jilla film and Mr & Ms Techofes after 10.30. I got disappointed and i didn't like that.

Hi this is meenal , i am here to share about the one of the biggest cultural festival techofes. It was a great treat to all first years.3 days went like 3 seconds.It was for 4 days but i was not there for the inauguration day. I enjoyed a lot that too the DJ night it was awesome being with my friends dancing, singing and having fun.The most i liked was solo singing, i went there because my friend participated in that event.She sang well but she wasn't selected.There were many shows like dance show, variety show, pick up drop escape which were amazing.I didn't participate in any of the events as i wanted only to enjoy the shows.I saw many stars like vijay, adharva, vedhika, charanya ponmanni and airtel super singer stars.We ate burgers, pizzas, ice creams , juices and much more.I felt very sad that techofes ended soon.
ReplyDelete"Techofes"!!Second cultural festival after "Agni"...created a lot of expectations...not only in me...but in lots.Finally the day came-Techofes inauguration started (12th Feb), nice start for the three fun filled days.Apart from cultural, I would say Techofes had more creative events like 'Graffti', 'Newspaper dressing', 'Jwellery making' and more.This gala event had equal importance in all genres and almost achieved everyones participation.Besides, it also had many workshops.I participated in photography workshop...this gave me a different outlook and experience on photography.Unfortunately, i neither participated in any events nor stayed back at evenings.But i remained as a spectator for many events like 'Impressometer', 'Pickup drop escape', 'Fashion show' and much more.I missed few events too...because the event was not on time...and there was a little mess up situation in almost every event like technical problems and shifting the event. Even though "Techofes" had little hiccups, i enjoyed more with my friends, had nice food in many stall, full of unforgettable memories.Thanks a lot to Techofes, had a nice time..:)

ReplyDeleteAt CEG, February is the most special month, where the whole college invites this month every year with great expectations on the south India's second biggest college cultural fest "TECHOFES". To me as a first year CEGian, this fest was a great celebration.Unluckily, I didn't participate in any of the events but there were so many other college students coming to CEG,staying back,participating,enjoying and entertaining. This showed me the power of CEGians. Such a stage to show talents is a wonderful approach for students. All those four days evenings were of lights, music, dance,competitions,awards,etc,.As a hosteler,I had nice time at food stalls.The guests presence were greatly entertaining. I had a heavenly time with my friends during this techofes'14. Special about this techofes was that it had valentine's day in its days which brought rosy smell over the college. As a audience,i enjoyed this techofes a lot. I am waiting for the next TECHOFES'15 to experience it as a participant.

ReplyDeleteThe most awaited event of the academic year finally made its grand entry on February 12th. The innagraution was little boring but our hero Jayam Ravi changed the game.Followed by the screening of the movie Vijay starring Jilla .
Then the next three days was full of expectations but the sad part was the 2 hours class in the morning. As a first year student i want to enjoy each and every moment of techofes so i didn't participate in any events.
The next day was a unforgettable day for me,as Illayathalapathy Vijay who made his presence in the evening and turned the whole crowd into a whistling machine and I was one of them. We thoroughly enjoyed that evening.
February 14th Valentine's day in the morning just roaming around the campus in the morning and again in the evening as I was a volunteer I managed to get seats in front rows for my friends too.
The last day morning asusual we were roaming in the campus. Then in the evening it was choreo night was not bad but DJ night was rocking and made each and everyone in the crowd dance and actually we were LIVING THE MOMENT ( in techofes style). Followed by Mr. and Ms.Techofes was little boring this time.
According to me Techofes'14, is not about the mornings its about the evenings.
TECHOFES : The four day event gave me an amazing experience which I would like to share here. This Techofes received a positive response on its very first day as it was the most awaited event.The inauguration was held on the eve of the first day.The eve was made special by Jeyam Ravi by his talk which was student friendly.Jilla movie was screened that night.Next day morning was nothing so great .In every corner there was some events going on.I just took part in cheering the participants.13th eve was an eye opening one because of the presence of actor Vijay.Vijay fans among the crowd bursted out and was overwhelmed.Ans many more celebriteis like G.V.Prakash , Saindhavi,Atharva,Vedhika also entertained the crowd.The next day morning just passed by eagerly waiting for the eve to come.That eve was so much fun and I enjoyed a lot with my friends.LIVE IN CONCERT and DJ night made the crowd go crazy.The last day wasnt that intresting and fun filled like other days.Choreonight was not to the level I expected.It was a bit boring and Mr.and Mrs Techofes could have been even more better.The fun I had this time is unbeatable and am looking forward that the same enjoyment will be there for the upcoming years.

i am going to share my fun experience that i had in big bang cultural TECHOFES..... a 4 days fun... all those 4 days were enjoyable and amazing.... it was surprised to see too many students in ceg from different colleges..... the one thing that i regretted was the morning class till 10.30.... all the chief guest made the evening very special and unforgettable.... the efforts made by our students was grand successful.... all the performances was different and made the students to enjoy each and every moment.. all those days i got a precious time to enjoy with my friends and interact with other students.... i am eagerly waiting for the next techofes to rock.....

ReplyDeleteThis is my first biggest cultural fes it was a Techofes.It was a Four day enjoyment.First day, Jayam Ravi came for inauguration my friends told that it was real fun happened but I can't attend.Second day,I like it most because actor Vijay came, I saw vijay i am so happy on that day .Third day DJ night it was real enjoyment i enjoy most on that day. Anirudh came, sung a song and Vijay Tv Super singers too.On Fourth day Mr and Miss Techofes last day of the Techofes i not join in the last day also but I enjoy the two day very much.I happy on that.I really enjoy the Techofes.I am eagerly waiting for next Techofes.
The second biggest cultural event in India Techofes...Techofes is a four day cultural event.Techofes is a combined of workshop & cultural together .I enjoyed a lot with my friends in 4 days and food stalls . The first day was inauguration in that actor jayam ravi came and the next is followed by super singers.The second day is the Techofes award function actor Dr.vijay came we all happy to see the vijay in that function. i was happy in that day.many celebrities came in that Techofes award like Adharva, vedhika, Attlee,Saranya mohan. G.v prakash and saindhavi they together joined and sung a song. And the third day was the DJ night many singers came in that night like SPB.charan,aalap raju and Anirudh made a presence sung a song of VYP. Dhanapradha and myself participated in newspaper dressing.we try it.. The last day was the choreo night, Mr & Ms Techofes and DJ night and lot of them dancing and at last I enjoyed a lot in the Techofes.....

ReplyDeleteTechofes is the biggest culture fes of CEG.It is Four day culture I not attend the techofes because of my ball badminton match.So i can't enjoy.My friends are told that techofes is so entertainment for us and we enjoy very well.They said,you must attend the next techofes don't loose it again.So i am eagerly waiting for next techofes.
